Slackwater builds alternate reality games in Kitsap County.
A game is running now. It is not open to new participants, and I am not going to describe it here, because some of the people in it read this page.
Every game gets written up after it finishes. What was built, what happened, and what I got wrong. Those are archived here, and that part is the point of doing it, so it always follows. They are meant to be useful to other people making things like this.
How I run these
- They are meant to be fun. Strange, and sometimes unsettling, but fun.
- Everyone is told it is a game before they begin.
- Every personal question is optional, and skipping one changes nothing.
- You can stop at any point, without explaining, and nothing further arrives.
- Nothing you send is kept once the game has ended.
- Adults only, and taking part is free.

Empty for now. The first writeup is expected in early 2027, after the game currently running finishes.
The next one
If you want to be told when the next game opens, write and say so. There is no list and no software behind this. I keep the note and I write to you once.
